To me this would be a huge mistake. Philly needs a MLB and if JT is a cap casualty, philly can pick him up on the cheap.
This would not be good for us.

I think JT is probably going to be gone also, But I dont see Philly wanting him, Witch is fine with me, The Seahawks may be a good fit for him, Too many times a player has come back to have a great game againest a former team, better not to have to see him twice a season.. liking the idea of seeing him go to the AFC is out of respect.. I wish JT luck whereever he ends up

Oooop's what was I thinking, Seattle is in the NFC, Sorry mental lapse there..
But I would still rather see JT there then back in Philly or any of the NFC East teams

Are you on dope or dog food? Simoneau is undersized and (as you saw in the season) tires as the season goes along. He was treated like a rag doll in the conference game. Oh well, I don't want to face him twice a year.

and Trotter is trouble, a rogue and misses assignments...
Which you CAN'T have in the middle of your backer corps or teams will run all over you.
When employed as a run support backer like he was the last two years and would be again this year - you have to at least have good instincts... and if you are gonna say he didn't miss assignments - he sure as heck didn't make a lot of good reads.... most of the times I saw Trotter do anything it was 7-8 yards downfield and tackling from behind
I think Barrow was a much bigger upgrade for two reasons - according to Williams he is a MAJOR student of the game - and those types of players are always success stories... and in a leadership position - a student of the game who LA and Marcus might respect and follow into the film room to watch, learn and study.
Trotter didn't do that from all accounts I heard. At all.

gone
sounds like he is gone. Gone are the days when we drag in players past their prime for big $ too. we need true redskins, those who are dedicated to the team and not just heading for the guy with the checks.

If he's on dope, you're on crack. Simoneau wore down because the line in front of him wore down. By the end of the season there was barely 4 able bodies left to play defensive line. They got mauled, so Sim got mauled. When the line was healthy, he was defensive player of the month.
