Who's Gonna Catch the First Interception?

Post by Justice Hog »

With all of the changes in our secondary and linebacking crew, who do you think is gonna catch the first interception this year?

...and, yes, this is my 1,300th post. Movin' slowly but surely.

I voted for Smoot, and I appreciate the humor or having Ade Jimoh and Bauman on there. . .but at the expense of Iffy and Bowen??

(Or are we trying to avoid yet another "No way, ____ is faster!!" debate? ;) )

Barrow is a quick to the ball and the zone Blitz will eat them up.

Hey all i know is that Lavar has had chances each of the last 2 seasons to intercept a pass AND return it for a touchdown in the opening game of the season, yet for one reason or another has failed to make the play...That is why i have nothing but the utmost confidence that our NEW playmaker is going to get that done and set the tone for what should and will be a year to remember. Sean Taylor, intercepts our old friend BJ, to 30, 25, 20, 15, 10 Touchdown Washington Redskins...And from there the season of Magic commences..

I voted for Shawn Springs. People are looking at our secondary, and saying, "Shawn Springs is horrible" because Bailey is gone. So they're going to throw it to Shawn Springs alot not thinking that Springs is a good CB, just that Champ isn't there. I have a feeling Smoot will have an easier job.

I laughed because he's probably not going to last through camp. I think I'll be there longer than he will. :D

I picked Washington because I figure that LaVar and the others will be blitzing from the weak side, disrupting the passer and throws a duck to Washington. Sounds good to me.
You'll always be remembered Sean. R.I.P.

I believe it will be Smoot. He knows what to look for, and he will be feeling the pressure to replace Champ. I predict a fast start, slow finish for Freddie as Taylor begins to assert himself. I believe that QB's may try to avoid Taylor's area on his reputation, and forget Smootie. That's just deadly. IMHO.
Springs will get the next one. Taylor ? Game # 5.
