Bucs' LB Hayes stabbed by girlfriend

TAMPA, Fla. -- Authorities say the girlfriend of Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Geno Hayes stabbed him in the head and in the neck.

A Hillsborough County Sheriff's spokeswoman says Hayes was taken to a hospital by a friend Saturday. The 21-year-old former Florida State player was treated and later released.

I've never heard of this guy, but found the story interesting. His 19 year old girlfriend stabbed him in the head with scissors and then in the neck with a knife; that's plain crazy. Wonder if he got caught cheating? Anyway, at least he didn't end up like John Bobbitt.

He should go to jail...he obviously provoked her and she's completely justified almost killing him.

Yea, I never heard of a female stabbing someone for no reason.. he may have done something or maybe the lady is really just a nut :lol:

note that no reason and justified are two totally different classes.
