We can add that book to the list of "things I did not need to be explained to me" or "facts I already know."

I did say that it was complicated.
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

Oh come on, you have to give us more then that. Is "Canada" some sort of code name? And doesn't it depend on what the definition of "in" is?
Hail to the Redskins!
Groucho: Man does not control his own fate. The women in his life do that for him
Twain: A man who carries a cat by the tail learns something he can learn in no other way
Bear for The Bears
Skins for The Skins
BearSkins for the pun on being nekkid.
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom – for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

I thought you were Art Monk, as pictured in you avatar.
In fact, he IS Art Monk. This entire "RiC" persona is a convoluted Machiavelian scheme to take over the world, and punish those who voted to put Michael Irvin in the hall first.

i,m true to the username gibbsfan cause i,m a diehard joe gibbs fan and had the luxury of meeting him in charlotte in 1993 in which explains my avatar with the autographed football he signed for me that day.. so that day was a very special one for me and i hope joe felt the sameway i think..i told him that day in the back of the merchandise trailer that i used to pace myself in the living room like he did at times with the redskins and got on my knees during critical stiuations like a winning field goal or a goal line stand in the nfc championship game(vikings)..the most memorable game for me was in 1984 against the st louis cardinals against nei lomax /roy green where mark moseley kicked the winning field goal and art monk made history at the time in receptions..
so this username is very special to me and it will stay there as along as i,m here..
I'm sure he's had many... it's entirely possible that he got one or two from me...

JansenFan wrote:When I first joined here, I was talking to Jon Jansen's agent about doing a jansen.com-type site. I had met Boss Hog at training camp that year and he had taken a picture of my son in special redskins overalls my wife made.
My wife saw a picture of BH and said she thought it was the guy that took Jackson's picture. I came here, loved the site, so I joined as jansenfan in order to talk to BH about web design and working together to promote the new site with THN members, who, given the name of the site, I thought would be an ideal group of people to visit a site dedicated to an O-lineman.
Quite obviously, the talks fell through, but BH and I became friends, and the rest is history.
Sorry, that was a lot of typing to explain that I'm JansenFan because I am a fan of Jon Jansen.
Haha.. I had nooooo idea your screen name was because of Jon Jansen. That pic of your little man is awesome too, he looked like he was ready to knock a cowboy over
Mine is somewhat anti-climactic, I'm afraid. Back in the day in the OC (living in HB, tribe), all my friends called me Big Daddy. I don't really know why. When it came time to sign up here and elsewhere, I had to work my allegiances in somehow, so voila! -
