Snyders going to disneyland..No cap No problem

Post by prinzeofmoval »

okay so Dan the Doofus opens his checkbook yet again this offseason. Albert and DeAngelo is only the begining of the end for contracts as we know it. Next year we can very well see a no cap season, and like baseball once you go no cap you don't go back. With deep pockets like Snyders he's gonna have a field day. But for laugh and giggles if there is no cap and we scoop up great FA talent next year who would you get.

If there's no cap next year, then there will probably be no roster limit either. Snyder can simply sign every player in the league and we'll win by forfeiture or default.

I really don't want a championship during an uncapped year... I mean, the team catches hell at times for winning during the strike. I don't want any asteriks beside it.

And I don't understand why? Did the strikes make winning the championships any easier?

Well... it did for the team that actually took the time to prepare for them...

I don't care about an asterix. I'll take the trophy on uncapped year, strike year, leap year...
...any given Sunday....

RIP #21 Sean Taylor. You will be loved and adored by Redskins fans forever!!!!!

What a useless piece of propagandist rhetoric that is.

yeah look at The Spurs of the NBA. They won their first of many titles in a striked year.

Didn't we do it in a strike year as well? I don't consider than an asterix, either.

Twice. Two of Gibbs 3 Lombardi's came during strike seasons... 1982, and 1987. I had season tickets for the '82 season... talk about pissed off... I was at Ft Belvoir at the time for Engineer Officer Basic Course... and only got to go to one game! Grrrrrrr...

They made up for it in January, however!
