What...how can you make a statement like that??
He's had knee surgery how many times? lavar
According to Zorn at the combine, he's expected to be fine.Zorn said Kelly underwent an arthroscopic knee procedure — which was less extensive than the team believed would be required — at the end of the season in an effort to be completely healthy for training camp. Kelly is expected to return in time for a portion of organized team activities.brad7686 wrote:Yea he's being a baby. They wanted to trade him to the lions and replace him with a career backup. He's got no reason to be mad.
In all seriousness, he probably does have a little reason to be upset. Hearing the lions in a sentence is terrifying.
Sure, he has reason to be upset. But...he's a grown man, a professional. Trade rumors are part of the game. But the way he's reacting is like a baby. He's not returning calls from his team? It's the silent treatment, from a 25 year old man. That's what my 3 year old does when I discipline him.
I agree that Cutler is being unprofessional. I think they are both at fault really, which is why there is an impasse. As far as Kelly goes, its hard not to be cynical about the situation. Of course I want him to be healthy but it doesn't look promising. The team has struggled to identify those who will always be injured, such as springs, m. wash, daniels, griffin, etc.
