Which team has the "best" helmet design?

"Best" can mean different things to different people.

It can mean whose is the most classic or traditional.

OR, Whose would be a sacrilege to change.

OR, Whose do you think is the coolest.

OR, maybe no reason at all, you just always liked it.

Please vote for yours and give reason why.

I voted for Da Bears. Simple but clasic. Black with the simple red "C".

Imagine the Bears with one of those swoosh type logo's like the Jags, Broncos or Texans. Yuck!

The Vikings have the best helmets of the teams listed. I like the jags helmets also.

I must be color blind.... I know the unifor looks dark bule but I thaught the helmet was black... Either way, it still rocks.

I'm suprized no on ehas voted for the Packers. I was torn btw Bears & Pack.

These choices are some of the most boring ones in the league!

I would say Rams have the best design, traditional yet not run-of-the-mill. I also like the Bengals helmet.

Steelers get a plus for the one-sided approach.

although its hard to beat the Browns' creativity...

i think the coolest helmet in all of football is the Michigan Wolverines... (i hate the team though)

In the poll, it's a tie b/t the Chargers and Vikes b/c they're different from the rest. The others seem boring. To me, they just seem like round (or five pointed) shapes in the middle of a boring helmet. Nothing spectacular. The Vikes have either chrome or metallic helmets, which are cool.

In general, I thinkthe coolest helmet designs are the Panthers, Titans, Rams, and Bengals. I think the Bengals are first in the most CREATIVE helmet with the Rams being a close second.

I can't believe none of you guys picked Oakland!?!?! The Silver and Black looks soooooo damn nice. And some of you picked the Dolphins!?!? Ugghhh.... I don't like predominantly white helmets period, but to add Orange and Green is nasty!

Come on now! Boring?? These are old school CLASICS!!!

My iniitial thatught for the poll was to pick the helmet with the most tradition but I changed it to just pick the best based on personal prefernce. Unfortunately I did not revise my chioces to account for those cheesy new age helmets- Ex. Panters, Patriots, Seahawks etc.

The reason the Skins are not on here is I forsaw a lot of homers picking the Skins just becasuse they are the Skins and this would have skewed my HIGHLY scientific poll.

So i guess i am a Homer cause i chose Cowboys. Something is wrong if you guys dont think you team helmet is the end all to be all. Why was this thread even started. I figured all you guys would say skins and us few cowboy fans on here would say Cowboys.

PS I used to like the Old Bucaneers helmet....LOL

we did not pick our helmet because we know that outcome to that poll would be.Wanted to see what other people thought about the other teams.Dallas is weak and so is the whole uniform and that. crappy hole in the roof hud home you play in.WE WANT DALLAS, WE WANT DALLAS

I did two things here.

1) Voted for the Raiders helmet.

2) Moved this thread to "around the league" since the Redskins helmet was not an option.
