My guess is that the Cowboys or Patriots, if interested, would put in a claim and get him before the Redskins would have a chance, since the claims process awards players to teams with the worse record. Outside of that, why is he being released? On the field play, or off the field issues? I don't think we need either of those 2 problems, if they exist.
