That the league has the nards to fine Upshaw for that hit against Runyan - 5000 bucks but doesn't have the same feeling on the helmet to helmet hit that Centers tagged Trotter with.

Just goes further towards proving the conspiracy theories about the referees and the Skins in my opinion.

Hey PSD, whatcha think? Could there be something to this?

Problem is, Upshaw has a reputation for penalties such as last week, and the guys with those reputations are watched closely and get the flags.
