Refs and there B.S. calls to let the eagles win

Post by LaVarArringtonFan »

Hmmm they beat us by 2. They got 3 points because of a b.s call which i'm not suprised. No matter what we will always have calls that completely turn the table on us. I think Danny Snyder should take his lawyer and sue the hell out of the league until the skins have a game without any bad calls.
Hail to the Redskins!!!!

no, the Skins blew it for themselves. Lets not make excuses for these overpaid children. They cost themeselves the game thru penalties, dropped passes, horrible throws, and lack of effort.

6 false starts.
McCants, Coles, and Gardner dropped passes.
Ramsey blew the 2 pt. conversion.
And the D let up on that last Phili TD, all I saw were people watching him waltz into the endzone, especially 26 who had his hands on his hips. I tell U wut, my a** would have been benched for watching a play like that. Wut if he fumbled, wut if he stumbles?!!? Ur nowhere NEAR the play to make an IMPACT!!! NO!!! Ur throwing a tantrum and not playing!!

U kno wut, for that reason they deserved to lose. That ABOVE ALL pisses me off! I'm not labeling the whole team, but there are some who show no emotion or concentration. I'm hurt by this loss.

I agree. Yes, the Refs blew a call early....but the Skins have to take the blame for this one.....ESPECIALLY THAT DREADFUL OFFENSIVE LINE!!!!!

GOD, PLEASE LET FIORE PLAY NEXT WEEK!!!! PLEASE!!!! If I have to see another week of blown assignments by Dockery, I think I'm gonna die!

The Refs basically let them have 6 points - one on the missed fumble that occurred within the first two minutes so we couldn't reveiw it and the Lavar call. But truly, the redskins did not deserve to win this one. They penalized themselves into the stone age.

The refs didn't false start, or miss blocks, or drop passes, or throw to linemen on the 10.

The Skins needed no help in blowing this game.

We have a way to go folks, but there is always next week - awe crap = we are playing Tampa Bay!#@#$#Q!$

It isn't over - but someone is going to need to step up and lead this team. I have been afraid of one thing - Spurrier is not a motivator. I watched Mooch at Detroit in the pregame and he talks to his guys to motivate them - I bet they play better and better, not stay the same all year.

It scares me to see Spurrier on his show say he doesn't know what to do. He really doesn't.

If they don't adjust, P-Ram is going to be hit next week like there is no tomorrow.

yea and the sad part is they'll get presure without having to blitz. sapp and booger will reak havoc on the already nervous so-so interior.

Think TB is going to be pissed after blowing a 35-14 4th quarter lead with 5:09 to play?

Geeeeez!

If the Redskins feel picked on and think the Refs are just giving them penalties, they need to stop helping.

Sapp+Dockery=trouble

No blocking TE help=bigger trouble

Not only do they not have to blitz, but it'll probably take our 5 lineman to contain their front 4. As unpopular as this may be... I think Sapp is the best player in football. If I was a GM and could start my team with anyone... that's who it would be. Don't care about the bad attitude etc... he just disrupts a game like nobody else. Hopefully we can find ways to contain him and our offense can stay on the field and wear the D down a little by the 4th.

I think our only hope against the bucs is for our defense to tear it up and squeak out a 12-9 victory. The defense has been playing well (though Lavar has been disturbingly quiet 2 games in a row) and I don't think the Bucs are that great offensively.

We need to stick to a conservative game plan, run the clock right from the get go, not let the Bucs defense score any points, and stuff Brad Johnson and his merry men. Make the game a war of atrition.

And even then, it'll be tough.

But there's no shame in losing to the defending Champs as long as you play a good game.

Let's see if SS can make another conservative adjustment like he did against the Pats. Hope he doesn't try to test the TB defense too much, he may get burned.

I agree BH - a conservative approach will also give P-Ram a break from the pounding. Is Betts going to be ok for Sun - shoulder injury?

Same rules apply: + giveaway/takeaways, few penaties, positive ground attack = win

I would change that to...

= possible win

And they're gonna be even angrier after blowing it last night.

Sorry, and as for Betts...

Reserve tailback Ladell Betts suffered a sprained shoulder but indicated that he, too, will play. . .

... that from today's post article on Chamberlain signing:

This maybe good. The Bucs always come out overpumped, they over persue and then are burnt out in the 3 QTR. They will, they do and they will.
