Snyder Close to Acquiring WTEM?

Post by BossHog »

Redskins owner Daniel Snyder is close to a deal to acquire Sports/Talk WTEM-AM/Washington, DC, along with two other AM stations, reports The Washington Post. Snyder's Red Zebra Broadcasting has also made bids for WWRC-AM and WTNT-AM, all owned by Clear Channel. So far, no agreement has been reached.

And what happens if you can't buy them out? A lesson Microsoft is apparently about to learn.
