I'm going with the chalk line.

I'm going against the experts. They're always wrong.

NCAA March Madness

Post by GSPODS »

The 65 team field is set. The "experts" are all going with "the chalk".
Here's the bracket:

http://www.ncaasports.com/basketball/me ... table/2008

Every year several teams are grossly over-rated. This year, I've got three of the number 1 seeds choking out before the Final Four. I've also got two of the number 2 seeds choking out before the Final Four.

The question is: Who's going to the Final Four?

UNC is going to win it all. The rest is irrelevant.

I'll root for G-Town, although, anyone but Duke is fine by me.

Duke has to be the winner of the most over-rated team award every year. I'm not impressed by UNC either. They lost to a team who didn't even make the field.

I'm a G-Town fan in this tournament but I think it's down to Duke or NC to win it. My gut says NC like a couple years ago.

But just for giggles I voted for the fourth option.

Hoya Saxa! I still have no clue what the Bulldog has to do with this phrase. I guess they had a hard time coming up with a mascot that was like rock, and yet was not a rock.

I always pull for Maryland and Georgetown since I attended both schools.
With Maryland failing to live up to their potential this season, I'll have to rely on G-Town to knock off the Tobacco Road favorites. That is, if the NCAA officials would stop calling fouls on Roy Hibbert just because he's on the court.
