We will see how much sitting he does when they flash the green in front of him. I don't think he will end up with San Diego in the end though. Looks like the G-men will ink him.

Seriously - I dunno if he would sit or not, but I wouldn't take someone in the draft that didn't wanna be there - it wouldn't do well for the chemistry, his leadership quotient would be shot, and overall it would be a bungle.

it's not the first time that a high profile draft pick has done this, but i still don't like seeing this. you should be honoured to play in the NFL no matter where you play. there is a reason why there is a draft. so his father has lobbied for him to land in new york. i wonder if it's indicative of the strength of the franchise or the windfall of money in endorsements that young eli and his agent (condon?) will likely recieve. man it burns me to read about this. what a jerk!
