From what JLC is thay he has reported Mooch is not an canidate. But Spags had an real good interview today on the phone. And is on his way to Washington for another full interview.
Most likely this means Spags well be our new HC since we already have an OC now and we need to upgrade our Pass rush deeply.
I would still like Fassel but at this Point you guys want new faces well lets get Spags his first ever coaching job.If he does awful this year than hello Cowher next year.

This set up is the most team crushing set up in the history of sports. So each coordinator is answering to the owners as opposed to the coach. If the offensive coordinator doesn't like what the coach wants him to do, is he going to change or bitch to Danny to get Spags to change his plan? If Greg Blache doesn't like the set up, will he go to Danny and ask for help in changing Spags game plan? I truly think this power move by Snyder will backfire the first time the team struggles in the preseason. Am I the only one that fears the early season collapse under Marty is about to happen again? This is just crazy. And to top it off, Snyder said he chose his assistant coaches based on interviews with potential coaches and who they mentioned as top assistants. One problem, Spags wasn't interviewed. So that means he had absolutely no say on who his staff will be. This is freakin' brilliant.

Oh, no. The...ummm...uh...well...some team must have been organized in a worse way...just that no such team comes to mind except, unfortunately, the Redskins when George Preston Marshall ran them.
GPM once fired a head coach during a game when the coach didn't run a play that Marshall had ordered. Marshall went through a new head coach about every two years back in the late '40s and '50s. He had no use for scouting, and -- check the draft records here at THN -- he drafted almost only backfield players.

I was just about to post in another thread when I noticed this - is this the official thread ..... maybe I'll just wait till tomorrow and see and of this makes any since at all ...oh well

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
