EARLY PREDICTIONS
The way I see this team, we can be like the Cowboys of this year. We almost beat Seattle, just like Dallas last year, and we were playing most of our scrubs. With Carlos Rodgers instead of LEigh Torrible, we are much better. With a healthy OLINE and a run game we are money. Laron is clearly going to be a perrenial pro bowler in the future. And with young studs like cooley, mcintosh, monty, and golston, we are golden. I see alot of optimism for the future coming from this season. HAIL SKINS!

As long as we dont trade all of our round picks than well be good.Cause today all it showed how bad the NFLdoesn't want to see the skins do good.cooleyfan47 wrote:The way I see this team, we can be like the Cowboys of this year. Dude, you need to back off of that blaming the game on the refs. The Seahawks were just better than us! Period. The refs had nothing to do with the outcome.

Lets admit it.Besides this game fluke or not ,trough out all the other seasons the NFL hasnt given a crap about us.Sure they did "NOW" cause of how we where a hot topic and brought more attention to people world wide. But they didn't talk about us 5 weeks ago. They didn't expect us to go this far.And based on that all they ever talked about us is when we lose hard or in big leads. Now where getting attention all cause of how we won 4 straight .But now by a week its no more skins.Just like next year they wont even think to put us ,or predict us to be in the wild card again .Its true facts.LOSTHOG wrote:por-tiz2skins wrote:Cause today all it showed how bad the NFLdoesn't want to see the skins do good.

And its ok I love to be called a redskins fans.Where the true bad guys of the NFL,not the pats. The Pats are the Pats there just winning but thats it....nothing else makes them bad for that besides there coach blowing teams out(which i dig). But the NFL doesn't want us to succeed at all .And if they did and heres pure proof they dont care.....if they really cared than why did they interview JC all to answer questions about "Why the cowboys are doing so good".They seem like they want us to but i doubt it.Now every one wants us to win "simply because,of the Taylors death(RIP).Its been frustrating all year long for us.NFL wont care, all they'll say is "skins have talent but dont use it very well''.Might of not been cheated out this game but past other games there where times when we have and have been criticized.

It all runs in cycles. The Pats were a laughing stock for years and years. In the 70's it was always the Dolphins, Steelers and Raiders being mentioned from the AFC and the Vikings and Cowgirls from the NFC with a little Rams and Skins mixed in. Once the 80's came the AFC were barely mentioned, it was all SF,Giants, And Skins being talked about. It all runs in cycles. The media does this because of bandwagon fans. If we went 13-3 our fan base would have doubled this year and we would be the toast of the nation. Everyone is riding Dallas and NE because they are winning. When they stop winning the bandwagon and media coverage will switch again.

Once the dust settles, I intend to write a Blog about the documented need to have reinforced the OL and DL a SEASON ago, let alone for next season.
We knew that the game played by a Gibbs team wins or loses on the trenches and THAT is exactly what happened EVERY time we lost. We cannot put pressure on anybody unless we blitz, and we cannot open up holes for a 1,500-yard RB or protect the QB unless we try to have

Spare me the injury bug Hogs, I am sick of hearing excuses. Sure, they matter but it is ABSOLUTELY no excuse not to sign good depth.
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!
It was a great season the average fan won't realize how much this team "grew up ' this year. I think instead of "hearing" what Gibbs has preached for the last 4 years they now "believe in" what he preaches. I'm excited for 08!!
