Well,

Post by Primetime42 »

here we go, I guess. I have to admit the Redskin story these past couple of weeks has been uplifting. I had you guys finished after that Buffalo game. But here we stand and you just need to win one game and you're in.

Now, I will never go out of my way to root for the Washington Redskins, especially when they're about to take on my 'Boys, but should you win this Sunday, I will not be upset, let's put it there.

That's not to say I don't want Dallas to win. Hey, we're talking about our franchise record in wins here, not to mention I want to see them build a little momentum heading into the week off (Romo and Glenn especially). However, we don't owe the other wild card hopefuls anything, and I estimate anybody of massive importance will be out of the game by the end of the first quarter.

Hopefully our backups will be able to run with you .

What I'm trying to say is, good luck and I hope this turns out with you getting in (we can beat you and you still get in  )

Stay well, Redskin Faithful, and if all else fails, we'll see you next year.

If you pull your starters our early we will beat you into submission with the ground game. Remember that 35-7 wupin in 2005. Moss and Randle El are finally both healthy at the same time. Watch for the deep strikes too, especially if Newman is held out.

I almost don't know what to say.

I had you pegged as a troll, and it pains me to say this but you've actually turned out to be a half-way decent human being.

It's...it's just not natural... :?

Here's hoping we beat you guys this week so we can meet up in the play-offs.

All due respect, you're not going to pound anybody into submission with the run game. Different D than the one you faced in '05. Way deeper in the front 7, and hasn't allowed a 100 yd rusher all season.

Agree on the deep strikes, though. W/o Newman, there really is little speed in the secondary. The blitzes will be kept to a minimum as a result.

I hope that both teams can make it through the game as healthy as they came in. Of course I want a win also.

So True...why does everyone think otherwise??
They way I see it you've earned the "right" to rest whomever you want!!
Thanks for the kind words..you weren't along in thinking the Skins were done after the Bills game...This week at FedEx my guess is we'll see close to 25,000 boys fans there! Guess were they got their tickets?

PT has been around longer than most of us... Don't let the avatar fool you, you might even learn something. You would be the first.

I don't know... Portis has gotten healthy right around the same time that the O-line has started to gel, and overall ya'll average just over 100 per game.

Our backs are inter-changeable ROTFALMAO but I'll take 85 from both Betts and CP

Unfortunately they also have little to play for, so the backups can get some real work.

I would wish you guys good luck but you know I can't bring myself to do it. :D

The run game will be sufficient... and I don't see too many flaws with the skins since Collins took over. He has enough arm to stretch the field, you have a starting CB out. As long as Roy Williams isn't trying to hurt anyone else with the move he's got named after him, I think we'll prevail. If we can stop Min running attack, we can hold Barber. You're WR is out, and your team, whether they admit it or not, are already looking at the post-season. I think we will prevail on this one. I don't see anyone who's playing that much better than we are where we we count ourselves out.

BTW, I read this morning it's skins at 9.5 this weekend....
...any given Sunday....

RIP #21 Sean Taylor. You will be loved and adored by Redskins fans forever!!!!!

Yeah, I guess not all Cowgirls fans can be scum. The law of averages says that some of them have to be decent human beings...even if it is a slim minority!

I've just hated the Cowgirls for so long that it's hard to believe when you actually meet one of their fans and he turns out to be decent. I figured they were mythical creatures like leprechans, or the easter bunny.

I had always just assumed people became cowgirls fans because mommy and daddy didn't love them enough to teach them any different.

Sorry....sorry...not trying to talk smack. I just can't help it when it comes to...that....team.

I did it! I made it through a whole sentance without saying anything bad about the Cowgirls! #-o

Brad Johnson scares me more than Romo. Sure BJ (yes, I said BJ... stop laughing) lacks Romo's athletic ability or penchant for big plays, but he won't take chances like Romo either! Romo is a big play QB! If he makes more big plays for his team, they win. If he makes more big plays for the other team, they lose. What is the Cowgirls record?

I just hope Witten doesn't play much.

And an historic 1 yard rushing for the Pies; a franchise low.
