Roy Williams suspended for 1 game

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

There's some truth to that, and I'm not saying Williams is incapable of change, but there's a difference between the two. You can drill new footwork, throwing mechanics and blocking stances until the sun goes down. Repetition is the cure for all bad habits. And that's what teams have to do - they don't just tell their guys to change everything they've been doing, and assume it will be done. They have to drill it into them.

It's a bit different with chasing runners down from behind. I somehow doubt the Cowboys have Roy Williams chasing waterboys down a hundred times a day trying to break him of the horse collar. Although it might not be a bad idea.
I'm bored, I'm broke, and I'm back.

He should be suspended for more the one game. The man has been given plenty of warnings
