fletcher getting screwed again. 3rd in league in tackles, 3 picks. and yet Lofa Tatupu makes it ahead of him. He has one more int then fletcher but fletcher has 20 more tackles....just goes to show why the pro bowl is a joke
"It's almost like, you play a kid's game for a king's ransom," he said. "And if you don't take it serious enough, eventually one day you're going to say, 'Oh, I could have done this, I could have done that."
Sean Taylor
Overall I think 3 players and a bunch of alternates is reasonable for a 7-7 team, but I'm with you on Portis, welch. The guy has had an amazing year given the flux he's played behind and still getting a thousand yards with 2 to play. Much less likely not even going.

That was the first thing I did when I saw Taylor's name. He should be playing it in person.
Who would have thought that the knee injury he sustained against Philly was a fatal injury. Had he not been injured he would not have been home to be shot.

I'm disappointed about AC as well. He should be in there. He's been averaging almost a sack a game for a year and a half now and has a respectable number of tackles.

I agree Fletcher should go. Lofa Tatupu is deserving as well though. Tatupu is the catalist for that Seatle Defense. Did you see that three interception game he had. The guy has a knack for being around the ball and making game changing plays.
So there is no way you can knock Tatupu for playing the way he has this season. I think Fletcher has played better than Urlacher this year though.
Patrick Willis had an outstanding rookie season, Tatupu has had some impact plays for that defense. Plays that very well won a couple games for that team.
I dont know if its been said or not but i think i case could be made for london fletcher. His stats arnt as bulky as the usually are when he was with the bills but he still anchored the defense and had a great year.

I think it's ridiculous that Fletcher is a third alternate, but Willis and Tatupu are more deserving of being in the Pro Bowl than Fletcher. Like another poster mentioned, Tatupu has made some huge plays for the Seahawks and Willis has been an absolute monster. The guy's a rookie and has 142 tackles on the season.
You have to be kidding me. Adams is one the most dominating tackles in the league. Occasionallly he do a false start once in a while, but you would easily learb to live with that.
