Gibbs was awfully giddy. Almost like someone was tickling his feet beneath the camera's view, I wonder if he smokes weed...

I didn't like the interview because he seemed so.....unsure of our team. At 1st it seemed sarcastic and in jest, but he kept saying things in regards to us by starting off with "I hope...". I just didn't like that, I folded my arms and frowned as I tried to discern him. Im 99% sure he was joking when he was scared of playing the Cowboys on Monday...
It just didn't seem to sit well with me.

I think Im being too critical but I wanted see some "hardass'ness".

Joe Theismann is talking!

Rich Eisen agreed with me, he said Joe Gibbs seemed giddy. Rich wasn't saying it like, "hahha", but like I feel about it, "is Gibbs on some type of drug?". lol

Joe Theismann commented on Gibbs saying he's giddy about life.

Rich asked Joe T. about Gibbs comments about not being able to score against the Bucs, yea we know he doesn't really think that, but the way he was acting, it wasn't easy to tell if he was or wasn't.

It was just weird guys.

Gibbs is like that. He's a very humble guy. You'll see that from him all season. He's a master at down playing his team and situation in interviews and on camera then working his ass off to get his team ready. Don't be scared - the man knows what he's doing.

I agree, the guy is almost too humble. He doesn't want to give anybody ammunition and I know that he is not scared. The guy just knows people and I think is always trying to play the game. Humble and modest in the public and smash mouth in the lockeroom.

No problem Luva Luva - He does seem extra giddy like a school boy though, I will admit. He'll be fun to watch again!

Cheers!

Don't get down on Gibbs for being unsure about his team. He's always talked like that. Get used to it.

Oh Lord yes he did talk down every week.

If he ever talked like we were going to win, I sure don't remember it. He uses psychology every game to get the players up. He is mumbling unsureities right now (yes I made that word up) so as to keep people guessing or working harder.

Don't worry folx
