Post by hkiss444 »

Has anyone heard any leaks yet about the schedule? I heard the Ravens game is a Sunday Night game.

I would love to have a game against the Ravens. I live in Baltimore, here at UPS its a Ravens nest, so I hope Gibbs kills the Ravens.

I too live and work in Baltimore. It is amazing how much the Ravens Fans hate the Redskins. The unofficial has the game in Week 5 on Sunday Night.
Hail to the Redskins!

I just heard that the Redskins play at the Giants week 3, play the Giants at FedEX week 15, and finish the season vs. the Vikings (not sure if it was home or away). The full schedule will be released at 5PM.

HKiss....the feeling is way mutual...I put the Ravens fans pretty much in the same category as the cowpies fans....it's horrible to live and work around them. They are so arrogant.. only thing is...their knowledge of the game is not very good. That's pretty funny.

Thanks for the replys. It's good to hear I'm not the only one that puts up with the Redskin hating. I agree with your assessment of the lack of knowledge of the game. It amazes me that Ravens fans care more that the Redskins lose then Pitt/Cinny/Clev.

Yep....just a bunch of Baltimorons. Jake should tell you a story about when I put one of those Buzzard Fans in his place at a game. Jake thought we were going to be killed. It was pretty funny but I had our WHOLE section backing me....so no worry there.

One time when we used to park in the old Cap Centre cash lot and take the bus to the stadium. I got into it with a ravens fan on the bus. It was the year Kevin Mitchell intercepted the birds pass in the enzone we sit in to hold onto the win. By the time we got back to our car, I had the whole bus talking smack with this dude. Ah, memories...

Yep...that's the same game I put that guy in his place...and of course after the game I thanked Kevin for intercepting that ball so we could go to work the next day and have bragging rights.

No kidding! If we lost that one that would of been a bad day of work. I wish they'd release the schedule now damnit.

I miss RFK and just the ability to see games at Fed-Ex. I spent the better part of my childhood and adolescent years attending games with my father. Its a great tradition that was passed down to me. I now live in FL and miss very few things about MD but Fed-Ex, Camden Yards and crabs are surely on the list. I look forward to meeting some of the hogs.net brethren at camp.

I know last year was only a preseason game but in our section there was a lot of Ravens fans and you would have thought it was a Super Bowl for them. They were so loud and obnoxious, and how their tone changed 5 minutes into the game. By halftime, every Raven fan said the same thing. It's only a preseason game (not the attitude you had before the game).

Yea, it'll be nice to beat them for the 3rd time. Ravens fans do seem to hate the Skins a lot. They put down the owner (can't really blame em ), the stadium, etc.

I always ask them...., how many Super Bowls have the Ravens won, and how many for the Skins?

i've been wondering why they hate us so much too. i went to school in Baltimore before the Browns moved in and nobody really said much pro or con against the 'skins. then all of a sudden they got a team and out came the big guns! it was pretty amazing the hatred that built immediately. i got nothing but flak for not switching allegiances, in fact i still do. so, i just wore my Art Monk jersey to the Super Bowl party I went to in 2000. ;) that got a GREAT reaction.

For some reason not only was the Giants schedule released, but so was the Jets schedule. :?: :?:
