Hognostications 2007: NFL Week 10

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

I Hognosticate a WIDE RANGE of different scores this week. There are far too many games that can and probably will go either way. Knowing my luck for tight games this season, I know where I am headed.

Time to be BOLD (and cunning) if I wish to advance in the standings. No early show of my picks this week guys. Sorry.

Let's see if, like the Skins, I can try something different this week.

Once again, it appears as if HOOKBASSGA hasn't picked this week. I've thought this twice previously, but it's always turned out BH just hasn't entered the picks yet. But this time it's Sunday morning, a little less than three hours to kickoff, and I have to think all the picks are in. The rest of us may have a chance yet.

I went 4-10, and still only dropped one place in the pool. That is one bad week for all.

And that's all I have to say about that.

You can get away with that in a US site, but it would be smack over here. Not trying to moderate - just placing the "B" word in context for you. I'd hate you to walk into a public library in Guildford and start using such language.

And it's the ideal word to describe my performance.

Mine as well. Only 25%, or 12 of 48 Hognosticators went .500 or better this week.

The lovely thing about "Bollocks" is that it holds several meanings, largely dependent upon the context in which it is used. Of this I am certain you are well aware. Therefore, disregarding all prior and as yet to have occurred transgressions, regressions, and indiscretions we shall now sally forth to Week 11.

Happy Hognosticating, Sir UK.

Congratulations to HOOKBASSGA. This fan is still handing it to us almost -every- week.

A bunch of us are having a mediocre season, just as mediocre as the Skins. Let us hope that we turn it around together this week!

Ah! I was away from my office this week. Congratulation to Skinfan33. The US Navy must be proud of you with your name in yellow letters in the HALL OF SHAME. A TRAITOR has never won the Hognostications.

You still have a long way to go to catch up even the middle of the pack.
