This weekend was huge for special teams. It was cool to see our kicker get recognition.

Yeah or let Frost at least try it
You've got to be kidding. Frost can't even punt consistently.
I am honestly baffled by him ... his first punt against the Jets was awful and then he nails a 55 yard beauty. I would dearly love some consistency at that position.
RIP Sean Taylor

Consistency? In order for that, a Tom Tupa time machine is necessary.

I have said this time and time again on this thread. Many times, Special teams coaches call plays for kickers to kick to a specific yard line. Ever notice that the ball goes to the 5, 10 , or 15 yard line? Thats b/c the play was called to kick to that line. Suisum showed that he can kick to the end zone but what they want to try to do is get them inside the 20 as opposed to just allowing them to start at the 20.

I can understand not wanting to kick it into the endzone for a touchback, but why on earth would you ever want to kick it to the 15 or 10 yard line, if you can kick it to the 5? For that matter, why wouldn't you kick it as close to the goal line as possible without actually going in?
