Not every kickoff is designed to go to the end zone. Many times they call a play to kick it high to the 5 or 10 in hopes that the coverage team can get down the field and tackle them before the 20 and pick up field position.
I understand that, I don't need to see every kick become a touch-back but I would like to see him reach the 5-yard-line more consistently. And, again, that's beside the point (and, yes, I brought it up), the team won because of his field goals and that is more important to me,
It's nice to have finally found a kicker who looks like a keeper.
I hope we keep him around for a few years.

I would guess that would come from. The time Gibbs kicked a FG in overtime on 1st down. No trust in Portis to run the ball, he might fumble, and no trust in JC or the WRs there could be an INT, so he only trusted Squeezem to kick a FG. But that's just my guess.
