Adrian Peterson

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Is Adrian Peterson the Best RB in the League? If not, he is certainly in the running! Wow!

:hmm:

Some Redskin named Cliton Portis had a pretty good game today himself.
And you want to talk about Adrian Peterson?
Right after the Redskins game?

:hmm:

Clinton Portis had one good game.

Peterson has kicked it in to high gear all season long.

This is called "Around the League" forum for a reason!!! It is about NON Redskins comments. And who is Cliton?? Is he related to Clinton?

True, Peterson is undoubtedly the Rookie Of The Year.
I just can't understand the timing of this thread.

Why worry about that? If you don't like it, don't reply. The timing has nothing to do with anything. I happened to see the highlights of Peterson, and saw that he did basically what he wanted against a good defense. Are we not allowed to post in other forums after a Redskins game? Damn!

Wow, he broke Jamal Lewis' record with 296 yards rushing today. This kid is amazing. I've been impressed with him since his freshman year at Oklahoma and am glad that his college injury hasn't slowed him down.

And lucky us, we get to play against him this year. Our remaining schedule is brutal.

As suspicious as the name of the motorcycle group from which you named yourself and the avatar:

I hear the crowd was visiting the Rally in Galveston Island not too long ago.

Say it with me... Arooouuund Theeee Leeeaaague Dude just set the league's all-time single-game rushing mark...as a rookie. At what time would you like to talk about him?

I said it about this guy in college... has their ever been a RB that runs as hard as this dude? It's amazing he doesn't pull a hamstring on every other carry. Peterson is a nightmare, period.

I can remember hearing "experts" criticize his running style because it was too upright. They were right, his style definitely isn't working in the NFL

Yeh, it's made it a tough transition for him. Where would the league be without the Mel Kipers of the world?

Tough break for AP. Didn't look serious, initially. I know he'd been prone to injury during his college years, but was hoping that he'd get through this rookie season without injury.

AP injured?

Shocking.
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.
