New 'Skins Fan Seeking Veteran Wisdom

I moved to DC just under a year ago and I find myself inevitably becoming a Redskins fan. Over time, I noticed more and more players that I had wanted for my old team (the lions) on this squad, and that's made the transition so much easier (Landry, Mcintosh, Campbell, ey, etc).

Anyway, since I'm a newbie, I was wondering if there was anything I need to know. For example, if I were to do the same for the lions it might say... (please adapt for redskins or in your own format)

-Always screws up/overrated - Jeff Backus
-Clutch/money/savior - Roy Williams
-I think this bum can turn it around - Boss Bailey
-Please just cut him already - Kalimba Edwards
-Underdog you love to root for - Teddy Lehman

-Best play - the punt/kick
-Defensive Philosophy - Stop the bleeding
-I'd hate him if he was on another team - John Kitna
-Draft day philosophy - Wide Receiver=Victory. Repeat if necessary.
-Source of our pain? - Our last playoff win was in the 1950's
