Old School: Dexter Manley, Wilbur Marshall
New School: Brian Mitchell, Lavar Arrington

I don't have each one of there stats burned into my head... but there all my favorite because these guys play with more intensity than alot of others.... they're all fearless..... you could tell that these guys really love the game.

All time favorite... Joe Jacoby.

Perhaps the greatest non drafted player of all time... and the biggest, meanest, ugliest bastige to ever don the b&g.
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

That's a tough one but I'd have to say John Riggins. There are many CLOSE seconds though...

I would have to say green. For someone of his size to play with that much heart and dignity is great. He stuck it out with one team which is great.

My favorite current redskin is fairly obvious. My favorite of all time is Art Monk.

Anybody remember DB Ken Coffey? He graduated from my high school in west texas. It was funny growing up there when we went to this mexican restaurant that was decked out in Cowboy souveneirs and their on the wall was hometown boy in his redskins uniform. The people in that town would try and fight you if you said something bad about good ole dallas. I know this post is out of place but I really despise that stupid little star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Monk, Sanders and Clark. They were such a fun bunch to watch. Kinda smurphish also.

Defense - the coke machine Dexter was a thrill to watch.

for some odd reason I will always associate the Redskins with Barry Wilburns shiny Jeri Curls?

my wife and i were watching the 1990 playoff game versus philli, and at one point art monk makes a great 3rd down catch to move the chains, and i comment on what a great catch it is. my wife, of course, comments on his nice.....hindquarters. ruined the whole game for me. i had to turn it off. this is what i have to live with. pity me.

needless to say, monk was her favorite 'player', although i'm sure she couldn't quote any of his stats aside from his waist size.

My "new school" pick:

Please, please, please don't ask me to explain why I like Matt Bowen. I know he took more bad angles than Anna Nicole's buttocks last year. I just have a "hunch" that he's gonna be a really good player some day. (At least that's what my [somewhat large] gut is telling me.)
