Gibbs out a TMS!
They are talking with Gibbs right now at Texas Motor Speedway on ESPN Radio. He said he was looking for some glasses with the mustache and a nose! Shouldn't he be worrying about the Redskins? I thought he gave up the Nascar for NFL?
He said if Jerry had called him instead of Parcells he would have been assasinated if he came here! Surely ya'll wouldn't be that mad!
"they had the number one defense in the league after his first year, we might not get an inch" - Joe Gibbs
Maybe Gibbs is a smart man! HAHAHAHAHAHA

Couldn't have happened to a nicer team or a nicer set of fans!

Oh, he's plenty smart. Don't you worry yourself none 'bout that, my boy ! He's doing what he's always done. Playing "weak sister" in an arm-twisting contest.
Too bad Tuna's pretty hip to all that. It's gonna be a great season.
I'm gonna go with Jesse "The Body" Ventura's policy on your view of Gibbs' being at the speedway. You see, Jesse was elected Governor of Minnesota. During his tenure in that office, he continued to participate in WWE events and autograph shows. There was some public outcry in Minnesota about how the governor was belittling and demeaning his offices by working with Vince McMahon. He said, "The good people of Minnesota elected me to be their Governor. I have proudly served as their Governor. I did NOT hand over my right to a personal life, nor did I turn over the right to make money."
Joe is our coach, not our property. He can do whatever he wants to do outside of the team. We're all pretty sure around here that he's not gonna do anything detrimental to the Redskins.
Let him have a life, because once the season starts, he gives it all up for us.

In Texas!
Joe Gibbs is doing the right hting. He still has a life outside of football. He is a man of great stature. He has alot of good things going. So don't fret of him being in Texas. I would try to find some glasses too. I wouldn't want anyone to know I was in the stae of Texas either.

I can't believe a Cowboy fan is questioning why Gibbs isn't spending every waking moment in Washington. Parcells has been MIA for a couple of months now. Shouldn't he be worried about the Cowboys? Shouldn't he be figuring out whose going to be his QB, RB, CB, and OL? Let Gibbs have some R&R for a weekend for Pete's sake. He's been working harder than anyone in the league for the past two months!!
oops....sorry!

Joe's comment about getting a disguise was pretty funny tho. After all, the Cow fans were so upset that he came back they put up a WANTED billboard...When Parcells went to Dal-@$$, I don't recall seeing no signs about it here in DC...hmmm...
Two formation shifts, one man in motion, and a counter trey...those were the days...

First of all dont be too suprised if Jerry Jones did not put that bill board up or better yet Jerry and Danny used there marketing / money making brains to put that up to put a feeler out there for the rivalry.
Second thats why we keep kicking your buts because we take whupping your guys seriously.
Third for the TX_Skin_fan for someone so close you must not read much. Parcells is doing what he does best and should be doing he is looking at film, flying around meeting with college coaches, friends and family of prospect players. Oh but you probally would not know about that cause the Skins try to build there team thru the free agency which ummm keeps failing and will continue to fail.

How many times do we have to hear this FA doesn't help crap. It never worked before because we never had a good coach that stayed longer than a year since 2000. Besides, we didn't have a choice this year considering we have three picks. I personally would rather have a FA with experience than a 6th or 7th round draft pick that will probably be released because he can't hang in the NFL. I just don't want us to trade any 1st-4th rounders in the future. Again, another worthless post.gambit187 wrote:LetsRollBurgundyNGold wrote:Joe's comment about getting a disguise was pretty funny tho.
