looking for someone 2 predict a redskins win over the eagles
hey all... i know all of us skins fans are anticipating a win on monday night, but has anyone found an outside source predicting a win? i have been checking all the typical websites (espn, cbssportsline, cnnsi, etc...) looking for someone to not underestimate the skins (however i like it that way) for something fun to read. publish a link if you got one!!! i wouldn't mind reading some material written by someone with a clue!

i know, i was just hoping for something fun to read. the way i see it... if we can beat the eagles monday night, i figure the following. WIN against beat up giants AT HOME in week 3. WIN after our bye AT HOME against the lions. then onto green bay and home versus ugly looking cards. if we beat the eagles, NOBODY will be underestimating us after week 7 when we are 5-1 or 6-0!GSPODS wrote:There is no written material by anyone with a clue. You are asking for way too much. You can have one or the other but not both together.
Besides, we don't want respect. We want wins. The media can disprespect the Redskins right up to the day they receive their SuperBowl rings for all I care.

I have to say that your out of luck. Noone is going to pick us to win over the Eagles, who have won this division 6 of the last 7 times. If anything they're predicting a blow out. If you want something fun to read............looks like you're gonna have to wait until the "loser papers" come out on Tuesday.
And I disagree with you about the "Nobody will be underestimating us"............the media (Especially the Cowboys retirement home of ESPN) will say that we had an easy schedule or say we just got lucky and BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH.
Personally, whatever they say I let it go in one ear and out the other..............It will be fun if Gibbs calls one of them out again when the season is over!

Look at the Hognosticationssection and you will find that some of the most accurate experts in the business are predicting a Redskins win.
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

No way any of the "experts" pick the Skins this week. When is the last time you saw one go out on a limb and do some real analysis? Most of those jokers are just paid to prattle.

I pick the Redskins to win against the eagles. 28-10 skins win
Skins win 16-9 I don't think the Eggrolls will get a TD on this one. I think Betts is going to have a big day.

When the odds come out for next week's game, we will be favored by at least 3 to 3.5.
We can win this week's game BUT from what I saw of the giants at pukedom - there is no way the boys in Vegas are going to favor them against us at home.

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Monday's early line is we are already a 3.5 point favorite over the giants

He said we were a "lock" with the spread, not an outright win.
Mike Ditka, on the other hand, predicted the Skins to win tonight.
I like this state - McNabb has lost 5 of the last 6 games he started. Here's hoping we see of 6 of 7 tonight!

Let's stop talking about Chicken McNugget's streaks. This will be two victories in a row for Jason Campbell!
