I'm sorry, if there was PI on that play, it was offensive, the receiver was literally holding Rogers back.

No it wasn't Rogers was holding the receivers arm right in front of the ref. They will call that every single time.

Rogers has been terrible, but he's always been terrible. What really sucks is how much Shawn Springs is getting paid to watch Carlos Rogers be terrible.
