Can someone tell me what to look for when buying skins tix?

Talk about the Washington Football Team here. Do you bleed burgundy and gold?

Can someone tell me what to look for when buying skins tix?

Post by Cappster »

I am buying two sets of skins tickets tomorrow. One set for the dolphins game and one set for the giants game. Are there any particular markings or anything that I should be aware of when purchasing them? I am meeting both sellers in person tomorrow so I will be able to look over the tickets then. The ones I am really worried about is the Giants game because the are 50yd line tickets LL and cost the most and I am getting a deal on them.

thanks

just make sure that they are not labeled obstructed view or else you want be able to see 20-80 percent of the field (some 'obstructed view' are actually directly behind pillars)....but if that doesnt bother you, you should be ok

Oh, I am not worried about that. The seats are section 121 row 16. I am wondering about certain types of holographic marks or anything that I should be looking for to make sure they are valid.

Hey Cappster, rub the back of ticket with a coin. There should be a redskins logo appear.

That seems odd. Is there in particular area I should rub the coin on the ticket?

No particular area. They are about the size of the end of an eraser. There are many of them. Try it. This way you know the tix are legit.

Make sure the barcode is on the ticket. If you don't have that barcode at the top of the ticket they won't let you into the stadium.

It most likely means the seats are in the 200's sections of Fed-X field and probably located in on of the four corners.

Click on this link to see which section the seats are located in ...

Thanks again for this tip. I checked both sets of tickets and they both had the little indian heads on them. Helps put my fear at ease. I did learn one thing today. 50yd line LL tickets only cost 100 a piece a game for season ticket owners. I got them for 150 a piece but still not a bad deal if you ask me.

glad to help out a fellow skins fan.

I think you got a good deal on the tix. Opening day and lower 50 yd line tix. Good deal. I'll be to your left if your on the home side. Represent!

Tomorrow's tickets are in 410 row 17. When we play the giants, that is when I will be on the 50 but I will be on the visitor side in section 121 row 16.
