No. I tried playing like that when I started in 1998, but you have to keep your heart and your head separate or you will get your butt kicked.

Same here! I loved 2005 for more than one reason. Remember ey's 3 TD game against Dallas? Awesome.
I always want to but I cant. I do try and pick up ey though. Every year I get him, he puts up good points. I would get portis if he was there in the 4th or so . Since his stock has gone down, he might be a steal.
I loaded up on Skins (Rypien, Ervins, Clark, Monk, Lohmiller) in 1991 and dominated our league...and so did the Redskins. That strategy hasn't worked out since though.
