Did anyone see Portis at the end of the game last night when we scored on D????? Didn't look like he had too much knee tendinitis jumping up and down like that did it? :)

I heard one thing during the preseason game which comforted me about Portis's knee - Marshall Faulk remarked during the game that he developed tendonitis early in his career, and still had many productive years afterward. I think with some rest, Clinton will be fine. At least that's what I'm hoping!

Yeah, I heard that too and it was good to hear. I think all sides are just letting this become a useful excuse for them. I think CP and the staff know that he can run on it and be fine but the fact that he got hurt last preseason and the fact that he doesn't like to practice allows for this to be the perfect excuse.

I think they're just riding this thing on out. LT doesn't play in the preseason and hopefully CP can show that he is worthy of the same treatment..

I heard the same, and read somewhere that while in TN CP saw the Dr and her confirmed that CP had tendonitis. Its good news that its nothing worse.
