I ran into him at a Redskins game last year and asked him if I could see his ring.. he not only handed it to me but then turned and starting talking to other people.. I was shocked at how trusting he was with it.. I could of bolted of course I never would have though
My co-worker is real close friends with Earnest Byner and he told him that a few weeks ago someone broke into his home in Ashburn and one of the items stolen was his Super Bowl ring. I have not heard if they ever caught the thiefs or not.
