When we drafted JC I said this would be the season we won the Super Bowl. I also feel he will be the first QB to win more than one for our beloved Skins. Last season was a fluke....We are back baby....

I don't know if we are going to win the Super Bowl this season but I do know we are going be one of the top 10 teams in the NFL. Maybe we will finally start winning back the respect we deserve!

I would have had the .net put the count down up like it did last year.lol. Say why isn't the count down up? or is it only for the season? :D

wow this is a tough question, im kinda used to seeing the losing (i started following during spurrier's campaign when i was around 9) and the beginning of last year really made me want to hit somebody, especially with our supposedly great free agents, and the fact we were 10-6 the previous year. so im loner expecting HUGE things every year, but i have good feelings this year and every year, b/c well, isnt how all fans are?
Ill go with 7-9 to 10-6 for our 2007 campaign. HTTR

R.I.P Kevin Mitchell

Hang in there fellas...we'll do very well this season! I didn't realize there were so many young fans on this site. It must be frustrating to have never seen the Skins really play good football. You will though.... You'll be proud to be a Skins fan soon!

If we have another 5-11 season, or even worse, it will be painful, but I'll be back – in fact, I'll never leave. I'll be watching our final game of the season, as we're down by 23 in the 4th quarter, figuring out all of the possible ways that we might still pull out a W.

I spend the few pre-snap moments of every play in every game watching the teams set up and wondering whether this run will break for a touchdown or first down, or whether we'll see a deep bomb or trick play. When we're on D, I spend those moments thinking this is the perfect time for a fumble or a little pick. . .maybe a sack, or tackle for a loss. . . Whether we're 4-12 or 11-5, no matter what quarter or what the score is, I'm hoping for the best on the very next play.

I can't help but allow this optimism to carry over between seasons. 5-11 hurts, badly, but "tis better to have loved and lost. . ." Better days are ahead.

I hear ya. No matter how badly they do, I'm still there. I've very pessimistic about Snider as owner, but they'll still always be my team. And even if they go 2-14, I'll be happy, so long as the 2 wins are over Dallas.

Forget that - I'd rather just win, baby! As a lifelong Redskins fan, I do in fact hate Dallas, but let's not lose the big picture, folks! Wins are what matters, and beating the 'boys still only counts for 2. I'd happily take a 14-2 season (which obviously would mean playoffs), even if the 2 losses were to the hated 'boys.

My 37th year as a fan always comes with the hope the team improves and challenges for a playoff spot. Anything can happen after that...
