My 18 months of Cobra health insurance is gonna run out on 6/30/07 so I need to obtain new health insurance beginning 7/1/07. I'm looking for a decent plan with $0.00 deductible that will have a co-pay for office visits and a prescription plan. When I look online, all I get are "quote" pages and I can't find anyone offering specific information out of the gate.
Can anyone out there recommend a decent health plan for me (just me, no family) that won't break the bank?

Justice...that's what I do for a living...employee benefits, life, health insurance, etc.. If you're looking for no deductible...then those plans will have a high premium. This is how the groups that we service lower the premiums for their employees (raise the deductible). PM me with specific info and I can try to find you something when I get to work.
