Canadian Snowbirds....Tragedy

Went to the Air Show at Andrews AFB today and had a great time.

But....

Got home and saw on the aol news that one of the Canadian Snowbirds crashed during a rehearsal for a show in Montana and the pilot was killed.

Horrible ending to a perfect day.

There was a similar Blue Angels crash not too long ago. Very sad. They are so good at what they do that it's easy to forget how dangerous it is.

Yeah...I remember the Blue Angel Crash - that was in April, I think. That one was actually during a show.

The Blue Angels are flying today and tomorrow in Annapolis although they said that the #6 plane may not join in all maneuvers.

After having such a great time on Saturday it was tough to come home to the news of the Snowbirds.
