Today I received a Season Ticket order form from the Redskins. I can reserve up to 6, 2007 General Admission Season tickets for a $50 deposit per ticket. Anyone else receive such an offer? Any comments?
"Note everyone who submits a deposit will be offered the opportunity to purchase season tickets but deposit will be refunded"
Do you think this is for real or just another Marketing effort to sell the more expensive tickets?

What a crock of crap. I got the same letter too. They don't tell you the price of the tickets or which seats you will get until after they receive your deposit. If you don't like what they offer you (price or seats) and refuse to buy, they keep the deposit money and no refund. Where else do you pay money to have the right to buy something that you don't even know what you are buying or how much it is? Just another way for Danny to line his pockets in my opinion. He is always looking out for the fans. What a great owner.

First off Congrats to those that have been offered season tickets. You'll have alot of fun going to those games!!!
Skins#1, LAfan..............five years ago I had to make a deposite. And they included that in the final amount when I made my final payment. But I did one other thing, I called the ticket office and said "Hi, I got season tickets????? YESSSSS!!! WHERE DO I SIGN!?!??!"
They told me the prices of the seats that were available corner endzone, endzone or between the 15 yard lines (It might be between the 10). Lower bowl was out of the question, but the dream seats weren't and the club seats weren't. They asked me if I wanted those, but once they told me the price of them I thought they were kidding!
I settled for the upper level just one row from the top at about the 20 yard line or so. Those were great seats too!
Relax LAfan, They're not trying to screw you, by waiting for you to put down a deposite then offer you the most expensive seats in the house and say oh well, thanks for your money once you tell them 'no'. If you don't believe me just call them up and talk to them like I did! There number should be on the form you got, but if its not the Redskins Ticket office number is 301-276-6050.
One more thing...............I've known them to work on a very strict first come first serve basis so I would call them up tomorrow if you are interested.
