He's an erratic QB out of UTEP who was drafted in the 6th round and will it will be a major upset if he is ever even a third rounder for the Redskins. Hope I'm wrong.

$7.50

Sure. He has the "look" of a starting QB, much like his brother, Carson.

THat might be a $10 investment that'll be worth something in 5 years or so.

REDEEMED, I have no idea where you think that is a possibility.

Charm, I would consider HB Blades.

Maybe because I donate peices to the site to auction off help keep it the great site it is.

I would not make any money off these guys. the 10..00 would go to the fee I would have to pay for the guys to come to do the appearance.

I though maybe some fans would like to meet some young players .

I was getting feedback, so I know if it would be worth the time.

So unless yoiu have a viable answer the the question, keep your comments to yourself.

Yea I saw Charlie Casserly hanging out in the back area at the CSA show.

I really wanted to kick him in the nuts.

That gave me an Idea. Since he is unemployed maybe he would wantt o do an appearance at my store.

Not for autographs, but to let all of the fans kick him in the sweets for 1.00

I would spend about 100.00 easy. 1.00 THIS IS FOR DRAFTING SHULER!!!!!!!!

2.00 This is for MICHAEL WESTBROOK!!!!

3.00 This is for DESMOND HOWARD!!!!!!

ANd so on , and so on.

To be quite honest, I did not know Carson had a brother untill we drafted him.

You asked if you could promote an event a while back, not if you could use the board like a personal marketing tool. And now you're telling people to keep opinions to themselves on a message board? People do usually come here looking to express opinions.

If you have an event, you should always send a request to me asking if you can promote the event... otherwise, please don't solicit the members of the community.

As for 'donating pieces to the site to auction off', we've never received anything from you to my knowledge, though I know you said you'd send something from the Theismann signing. I believe I said that we could perhaps use a signed piece of memorabilia as a prize on the site, but that's the best guess I can make as to where this comes from... we've never had an auction. :hmm:

Please make this the last time that you solicit the community for who and how much they'd pay for what athletes. It's against board policy and if you were under the impression that it wasn't, hopefully this clears that up.

Thanks.

We can't always get to everything the second it happens.

I think the lack of spam and soliciting on this board speak for itself... and there are a GREAT number of measures that make it that way... and a great amount of time and effort.

So you'll forgive me if I don't fall over apologizing for the deplorable job that we all do.

It seems like Boss just said that there was no "stuff" to auction off, since he never received anything. The second part about his intentions to give away as a prize whatever it was you were going to send is kind of moot, since there never was anything actually sent to BossHog.

Haha ... good point ... rather difficult to question how the stuff would be used when the stuff doesn't exist

So, when can the Boss expect to receive that autographed Joe Theismann game worn helmet from the Charmed one? Any bets on that?

I didn't think he meant any harm. He has a store. He happens to be a Skin fan who post on here. And he has the chance for this signing to take place. If it were me, I would be thinking that some of you would want to know about it.

Wait...... #-o never mind .

I was fully repaired to take up for him because I might would like to know about some stuff like this from time to time, but its not good for your credibility when your making statements that are not true. At this point you're hurting yourself.

So My question, could their be a section added to the site just for this kind of stuff. I know we don't want people to get on here and solicit I’m not talking about that, I’m talking about members who know info about signings and maybe big time sales going on.

I’m just saying if you guys know of something going on like, you can buy jerseys for $30. Dude I hope someone would tell me. Just a thought.

No , I agree with Boss on this.

What I did was wrong /

It was not intended to be like that, but was wrong none the less.

I used to use signingshotline as my only means of promoting my signings, but alot of people don't even know about them.

I would run into alot of collectors and when they found out I had signings with some Skins they would always be like "man I wished I knew about that"!

So I know that this is the #1 site for Redskin fans, and I thought it would be a means to reach out to them.

As far as all the comments about not sending anything, that was because Blloyd cancelled at the last minute, and we still have not penned in a make up date. But once that has been completed, I will live up to my end.
I worded my statment about that wrong. I didn't meant to imply that I have already given items.

People are acting like every post is about my business, not true.

Only a handfull.

If people still want to give me crap. Hey it's America. Last time I checked It is everytones given right. Just like I'm sure there are some who will twist my words around now.

I just hope no one thinks that I will lose any sleep at night wondering if people like me.

Hell, I signed Brandon Lloyd to a 2 year contract, I don't really like me right now. :(

But to finish, I plan on paying for advertising on the site, and all future events will be cleared up with Bosshog before anything related is posted.
