Cus we don't have the Bears defensive line, nor do we have Brian Urlacher beside him plus we run a different scheme. When people think of Briggs they think of what he did in Chi and he won't be able to do it.
Jeremiah part 2 is what Briggs will be.

The Cards want Brown. They can probably get him if they trade down with MIN (#7) or MIA (#9).
If that doesn't happen, the Redskins have the best bargaining chip they could have possibly hoped for.

Levi Brown, I think that is a good pick for the Cards, with Grimm on board they should be able to turn him into a very good NFL tackle
