What Time is the Draft??

Does anyone know what time the draft starts. There is a casting call for deal or no deal and I think I'm gonna try out , they give out hella cash. Still don't wanna miss when we trade up for my boy Calvin.

Congress moved daylight savings forward a few weeks, but it still happened. . .although daylight savings time used to be in May, which would have meant that the first day of the draft would be on pre-DST time. . .

I know its 15 minutes for the 1st round.. maybe the 2nd also but I do know its not 15 minutes all the way through till the 7th
