Who's the Redskins' opener?
The schedule comes out Wednesday. Who do you think the Redskins will get in Week 1? Only 10 of the 16 matchups are possible, since it's already been announced that the Giants are playing the Cowboys and that the Bears and Cardinals are playing other opponents in Week 1.
So, that leaves the following options:
HOME -- Philly, Detroit, Buffalo, Miami
AWAY -- Philly, Green Bay, Minnesota, Tampa Bay, New England, NY Jets
It's been at least 2001 since the Redskins have opened with a division game and it's been at least that long since they've opened on the road.
So, my guess is road game. First choice, @ Philly. Second, @ New England.

2001 was our last non home game opener.
We went to San Diego and got trounced in our first game under Marty Schottenheimer, ironically enough.
We followed that up with home openers in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006. We won the first 4 before dropping last year's MNF game to the Vikings.

Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
