I read that he is testing the market. I think this guy could be a starter. When he came in as a back up and played a game for us, Dude he was pushing people around like crazy for Betts to come through. He had guys pushed back like 7 even 10 or 12 yards at times. I liked the guy, and think we should take a better look at him.
Maybe we should put him on the D line. Come on at 6-8 315lbs, he at least has leverage.
The decision doesn't have anything to do with the Redskins on their part.
Todd wants to be a starter and realizes that he won't get that oppurtunity with Samuels and Jansen as the bookends so he decided he wants to look for the chance on his own.
I can't really blame the guy but he did dominate the Saints when he started. Having that presence and security as a backup is something this team needs to look for this offseason. Hopefully they've already found their security.

The guy is good.
He knows the only way he'll play in Washington is if Samuels or Jansen gets hurt. He feels he can start somewheres else, nothing they can do short of cutting Chris or Jon and Todd just ain't THAT good
If he just find a spot where he'll go into camp at least competing for the starting T spot then we might see him back here...

The way he looked against the Saints. I would say he looked better than Samuels ever has in the running game. I do think Samuels is outstanding in pass protection. Jansen has been hurt before and is not getting any younger. I wonder are our starters starters because they are veterans and have earned there spot. Or are the starters truly the best at each position and have to win out during training camp.
