Player Position Gil's comments
Jamaal Anderson DE Anderson (284 pounds) ran the 40-yard dash in 4.75 and 4.80. He also had a 9-foot-8 long jump, 32½-inch vertical jump, 4.22 short shuttle, 6.88 three-cone drill and 22 bench presses.
Adam numbers were beter all around I believe.
Cerato and Blache were on hand to see Anderson Workout...
According to NFL.com Anderson beefed up to 284lbs and still ran the 40 in 4.75 and 4.80. He had a 32½-inch vertical, which is a measure of explosiveness and a 4.22 short shuttle, which I dont know if thats good or not, a 6.88 three-cone drill, again, I dont know if thats good, and 22 bench presses...
This is a comparison of Jamaal Anderson (JA), Gaines Adams (GA), and Adam Caricker (AC)... as well as Mario Williams (MW), Peppers (JP).
