Who do you want to win the Super Bowl?
Okay, I'm not asking you who you "think" will win the Super Bowl. I am asking you, who do you "want" to win the Super Bowl, and why?

I would like to see San Diego win it all for two reasons. One, that is were Joe Gibbs honed in his coaching skills allowing us to win multiple super bowls. Two, I am an LT fan. I would like to see the "greatest" back of this era win a championship and a team that has never won a super bowl get their first.

But you know Marty and his "Marty ball" will do everything to ruin their chances, right?
For sentimental reasons, I would want New Orleans to win the Superbowl too. It would help bring back the spirit to the town.
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

I have to go with New Orleans. That city has been through hell and I think if anyone's fan's deserve to have a little joy in their life, it's theirs. Plus, wouldn't it be nice to know we whipped the Super Bowl Champions???

Good thought Niki - I'll be happy with that too - actually there are a bunch of teams I would not mind seeing win. The teams I do not want to see are the Eagles, Seahawks, Patriots and Ravens.
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

he asked who you WANT to win...
I am pretty sure he was referring to this season. Since we are eliminated, I don't think we have much of chance of winning a superbowl this year. Next year, I am sure we all will say we want the Redskins to win the super bowl!

I would like the Eagles to win and here is why. I gurantee that if the Eagles win with Jeff Garcia as the QB it will ruin McNabb. He does not have the mental toughness for Philly fans and they will be beside themselves wanting Garcia back. But, the Eagles cannot pay Garcia and McNabb starters money and they are loyal to McNabb.
Believe me, we are better off in the long run if the Eagles win.

After reading a lot of posts, I'm gonna have to agree with NikiH on this one.
Someone stop the presses! NikiH and I are actually finally agreeing on something!

I voted for the Saints. A great ending to a great season-long story. If it were a ranking, I'd follow with 2) Chargers and 3) Eagles.
Why Philly? It would make the NFC East the only division in the NFL in which every team has a SB win .. that's kinda neat. And I can find reasons to root for a few players on that team, Westbrook at the top of that list. (Oh sure, I dislike the Eagles fans but that doesn't influence my opinion of the team.)

Well said. I'm with ya. I think the Saints will be the country's sentimental favorite to win the Superbowl.

I want Da Bears to win because they remind me a lot of the Redskins a few years ago. Luckily for Da Bears they made the right personnel decisions and the Redskins did not. But it shows how quickly the Skins COULD get things turned around again. Plus, I wanna see Chi-Town go nutso. Despite the Cubbies, Sox and Bulls this is VERY MUCH a Bears town.
But if N.O. were to win it all then I don't think anyone would begrudge them.

It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom – for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.
