What was he thinking?

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Whats funny is everyone thought TO was trying to be sensitive, and help him through the situation. But what REALLY HAPPENED WAS.....

ROMO: (snif, sniff) I am such a loser. (Sniff, Sniff) Bill is going to yell at me again. (snif, sniff) He is going to use the F word again I just know it! (sniff, sniff) TO you said using Vasoline gives you better grip! You lied to me!

TO: Look the whole world is looking at me right now you little wuss, including that idiot of a coach. This is my chance for the media to see that I really don't just care about myself. This is also the chance for me to show our idiot of coach and that bid dumb moron Jerry Jones that I am a team player. I am getting sick of moving my crap from one state to another.

ROMO: You are a big meanie! (Sniff, Sniff)

TO: And you are the most hated in the lockeroom right now. (RING RING) Hello? Hey whats up girl? Yea he is sitting right here. Yea he is a baby. Ok I will tell him. Ok, Ok. Bye. That Was Carrie Underwood. She said she was going out with Jeff Garcia tonight, a real man. And she wants to borow your vasoline.

RANDOM OFFICAL: TO They want you to speak to the press.

TO: Told ya loser. I'll be right back. I'm going to save my job

I felt bad for him b/c he seems like a nice person. Unfortunately he's on the wrong team. I was soooo happy that Dallas lost. Having played, I just thought to myself if that had been me making that mistake, I would have felt like crap. I am going to take the high road and laugh a little bit but give Dallas their prop's for winning their games and making it this year. It wasn't that hard to make it but they did do better than us.

He is NOT a nice guy. After the game, he went directly the locker room. He did not shake anyone's hand and did not congratulate the Seahawks. That is about the worst thing he could have done. If he's going to be a paid athelete he needs to be able to lose and he showed he cannot do that. Hope he enjoys Hawaii, he won't go again acting like that.

I HATE Romo and was absolutely ecstatic when he dropped that snap. However, it's ridiculous to say that he is not a nice guy because he went straight to the locker room after the game ended. Any player in his position would've done the same thing. The guy was humiliated on national tv and was solely to blame for his team being knocked out of the playoffs. That's probably the worst that he's ever felt in his life (haha sucks for him) and to expect him to stick around on the field after something like makes no sense.

It "like makes no sense"??? It's called poor sportsmanship and if you don't understand that then I hope you've never been involved in atheletics or competition.

HAHAHAHAHA. Sorry couldn't help myself. I've seen Philip Daniels, Portis, Moss, and a whole bunch of other Redskins run straight into the tunnel after a game. I guess they're all bad sports also. Maybe they should never have gotten involved in athletics either. Players are human. Homo was humiliated in front of millions of people and was probably experiencing the worst moment in his life and you think that he's a bad sportsman because he left the field right away? That's utterly ridiculous. That happens all the time after games end, not just in football but in every other sport as well.

No it doesn't. Even in "soccer", where players are the most self absorbed ego junkies on the planet, they stay on the pitch long enough to shake the hands of their opponents. Sure, there are exceptions, but on this side of the Atlantic, we know them as bad sportsmen and nothing else.

Yea in most instances players do. I've watched enough Arsenal games though to see plenty of players run off the pitch before shaking hands, especially when they play Man U of Chelsea. And under most circumstances I agree that Romo just heading off would be wrong. But nobody on this board can even begin to understand how Romo felt so to criticize him is just plain stupid. And to go along with your soccer analogy, I seriously doubt that Zidan stuck around on the field after the World Cup final.

I feel very sorry for Romo even if he is a bad sport. After all when he wakes up every morning he also knows that apart from still being a bad sport, a loser, he's also still a homo.
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

But then I didn't claim that Zinedine Zidane was a good sport, and I rather think his conduct during the final suggests otherwise! And Arsenal are one of the less sporting football teams around, as their disciplinary record over the last decade confirms.

Sure, there are mitigating circumstances for Romo, but he's still guilty of the crime.

I know what Parcells was thinking, I've got time to get the ball back in
this kids hands to try and win it..3 stops puts the offense back out on
the field where Bill Parcells all ready had it in etched stone as to what
his first offensive play on the next series was gonna be. but then when
Alexander broke that 20 yard run on 1st down. Bill Parcells never got a chance to use the next series to try and win it so thanx to the defense. Not Tony Romo that game was lost
