Get Ready 4 Next Year
Jason Campbell keeps saying it's all about getting that time in the offseason to get timing and chemistry down with the WR...I don't buy it. How much time did Jeff Garcia Tony Romo or Vince Young need when they relieved their respective starters. I don't think reps with the wideouts will hurt but what is more important to the success of this team is overall mindset and willingness to do what it takes that means hard work something the wealthy seldom do.

1. You're comparing a rookie to a vet.
2. You're comparing a guy who came into Tenn. to start vs a guy who was 3rd on the depth chart. Vince got time with the #1 offense, Jason didn't. Vince started before Jason. Vince had a ruff start also.
3. You're wrong about the off-season plan. See Peyton & Marvin who work out A LOT more than regular WR/QB tandems.

JC has his work cut out for him - that's all there is to it. It's all on him now. The O-Line is playing well and the running game is flourishing - if that happens in 07, then he should progress nicely.
The D is the real question - if they suck as bad as they did this year then look for another 6-10 or 7-9 season.
JC needed more snap time this year than he has received to be really too excited about next year. He has done well but he has allot to learn.
If anyone is expecting a Superbowl run next year, I would pull back the expectations a bit.

Just beat Dallas - they are A-H****
Also, don't pin all of Tennessee's wins on V.Y. His passing stats aren't that great, however their D is playing really well and keeping them in games. If our D was playing good our record could easily be 8-7 like the Titans if not better. The other 2 Q.B's have been around for quite a while now, Romo is in his 4th year in that system and Jeff Garcia is playing in the same system he ran in San Fran.

Did anyone see the Archuleta clip on Redskins.com today? It was basically 5 min of him saying "I really don't wanna talk about it right now but there will be a time and a place to say what I'm going to say"
This guy came in took the cash and slacked off its that simple. Instead of saying hey this is a chance to be great, he said this is a chance to be rich. He chose unwisely, I think JCAM this offseason is faced with the same choice...he knows he's the starter he can half arse it or he can obsess over success like PManning... I guess we'll see.

Al Saunders wrote:"That's part of the game that falls on our quarterback and his development. That's why we look forward to the offseason. Jason will need to work on his timing with receivers. That's one of the areas where it's hard to make up ground. When he became the starter in midseason, that was the first time he had an opportunity to get any timing with the veteran receivers.

Thanks for being 100% negative. As for Arch, he was asked to play in a scheme that didn't fit his talents. Can't blame a guy for making money.

He completely abandoned his own thread and shot off in another direction.
