BLAME?....offensive play callers?
I've noticed several thread posts lately on who to blame for the o -mistakes.Here's my personal observation ,please tell me if you concur.Last year we made the playoffs WITHOUT a 700 page playbook, amazing ain't it. Last year by week 8 "Sonny and Sam" didn't know what play was coming up next.....like they do now.By week 6 last year you didn't see the missed blocks that you see this year with so many different o-line looks. You also didnt see after week 8 the QB and WR's have to explain in looks and body language what the play was supposed to be as their walking back to the huddle after an incompletion. And for those comparing last season to this season ,even without the QB and K changes you know this list could go on.......Just a thought AXE SANDERS!

I'm actually for axing Gregg Williams!! It was brought to my attention that HE is the one responsible for Archuletta coming here and to me, that pick up is the icing on this terd cake of a defense. People, our team is going to suck for several more years until some of these BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD contracts die.
it is what it is

I'm sure some folks will agree with you. Saunders might also be the reason Gregg Williams has become so hostile and arrogant; another rooster in the hen house. I don't remember Williams ever being this way before Saunders got here. Williams might feel threatened by Saunders because Saunders could get the head coaching position after Gibbs steps down. Most of us here thought that maybe Snyder had already quietly offered that job to Williams, after having two great years. Then, Saunders arrives.
So, maybe you kill two birds with one stone. Fix both the offense and the defense at the same time, with one move. That move being Saunders getting the boot, or accepting a head coaching position elsewhere. And maybe Gibbs already knows this, but really can't do anything about it until the season is over.
I agree with you that this "offensive genius" doesn't really scheme an offense that looks that genius. Now that I think about it, after what I've seen so far this year, I too liked Gibbs' offense better.
Well said skins freak, last time I checked these guys went to college -BUT it wasn't M.I.T., and they dont belong to MENSA! My logic is looking back, last year needed to be tweeked , not started from scratch.Gibbs is still a very savy coach, but I think he just caved to rumors his style didn't fit the league now. Thus they hired saunders.
