NFC East has a new "worst 1st string quarterback"

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

NFC East has a new "worst 1st string quarterback"

Post by die cowboys die »

...and i don't mean whoever replaces mcnabb, because they're still not really 1st string. i am talking, of course, about eli "manning". his brunellian performance over the past two weeks is exposing him as the fraud he has always been.

for 2+ years, he has gotten away with simply shouting "500!" and flinging the ball skyward every time he was under pressure, then praying to god that 11 foot 7 plaxico burress would find a way to come down with it. no more. you can't win the majority of those, and the law of averages is finally catching up to him.

I've never been impressed with him. I'd take Campbell over Eli any day of the week.

I hate the whole Manning family so if Eli flames out that would be great.

When he loses his recievers that he likes to chuck the ball up in the air to so they can bail him out, he gets exposed. Think of how much worse he would be if he didn't get to just throw it up for buress to go get it.

The best scene from last night was Burress patting down the guy after the interception. I remembered Portis flattening his guy (and hurting his shoulder) but that guy did nothing for his team.

I never liked how the Manning family handled the draft and I have always felt this guy was over-rated by the NY media and fans. I hope this guy never makes it because it was such a bad move on Accorsi's part and this team deserves it.

As much as you dislike the pukes dcd I dislike this team and everything attached to it. I do not like the pukes but I really dislike this bunch.
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

At least now he isn't being glorified just because he is Peyton's brother as if the great QB gene extended to him.

Peyton, yeah, the best QB in the NFL right now. Eli doesn't even come close in reading the defenses, arm strength, and accuracy of Peyton.

I'm glad he's finally portrayed as he really his. A hack.

you know, it's interesting you mention that, because during the giants/cowboys game a while ago, i actually came to the shocking conclusion that at this point, i hate the giants FAR more than i hate dallas.

they are an utterly detestable team in every conceivable regard.
tiki barber is one of the most disgustingly smug people i have ever seen, yet this is impossibly confused as "charm", and people eat him up-- to the extent that they ludicrously consider him Hall of Fame worthy, despite the fact that for the majority of his short career, he was a mediocre runningback with a fumbling problem.

as established by others, eli "manning" is a whiny, spoiled brat, who outrageously thought he had the right to tell an NFL team that he wouldn't play for them if they drafted him, despite the fact that he was not drafted based on any of his own personal accomplishments. he deserves absolutely nothing but to crash and burn so miserably that he can't even go out in public in NY without being endlessly antagonized and ridiculed.

jeremy shockey is 100% human garbage. period.

brandon jacobs' utterly pathetic whine-job and flurry of inflammatory accusations after the 1st skins/giants game this year revealed him as a wholly pitiful sack of crap. his declaration that the giants are "high-class" in the midst of accusing the entire redskins organization of being dirty, his outrageous accusations that our players were trying to intentionally hurt giants players, well, let's just say he deserves nothing but to suffer a career-ending injury during our season finale.

antonio pierce has become a whiny little bitch.

no more needs to be said about lavar arrington.

plaxico burress???

almost any single one of these people would be intolerable as a teammate.
the giants ENTIRE roster is full of people like this.

they are the turd at the bottom of the toilet bowl. if there is any justice, the football gods will flush them away for good.
