This week will be the first time that NBC can pick the Sunday night game!
Does anyone know when that game is selected each week?
Sorry - Got it - the schedule is announced the previous Tuesday and this week it will be Chicago Giants game!
Next weeks game will be announced tomorrow!! How great would it be to see the pukes get trounced by the Colts?
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)
Good game HS! The NBC Sunday night "game of the week" is a win win for everyone
I know they can only select from the Sunday games but at least towards the end of the season you will normally get a good game each week.

Are Fox also doing a 'flex' schedule now cos the Pats/Bears game just got bumped to a 3.15pm start. Anyone heard anything about this?
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom – for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

Technically, all the games from here on out aren't really SET to a time. All the East/Central games are put at 1:00 by default and the Pacific games are at 4:05 or 4:15 -- depending on which network has the doubleheader.
After the NFL and NBC picks its flex game for 8:15, CBS and Fox make changes based on what's left. Eagles-Colts would have been a Fox game. So now, Fox has to decide which game(s) it wants for the 4:15 doubleheader slot.
Not only was Bears @ Pats moved to 4:15, Giants @ Titans was as well. This also keeps intact the desired schedule of having one NYC team on at 1:00 and the other at 4:00.
