NFL press conferances.

Is it just me, or do all these NFL press conferences with Coaches and players just seem so monotonous and repetitive? I mean, every single interview with ANY player and coach is the EXACT same every single time. How many times can you listen to:

"Well, we have a tremendous amount of respect for (insert NFL player here). He's a great player and knows how to make plays."

or

"They always play us tough, so we're expecting a tough, physical battle".

or

"(insert player here) is probably one of the top three (insert players position here) in the league and he's a force. He makes it difficult to game plan for."


or


(insert NFL team here) have a great defense and their stadium is going to be loud. They have a great fan base and a great owner. I'm sure they're going to be ready to have a good game and we'll just have to stay focused and concentrate on the game plan."

or

"I've always said it, if you turn the ball over, you won't win the game"


I mean, come on, why does it have to be so redundant? It's like watching a broken record over and over and over again. I don't even watch them anymore.

Wouldn't it be nice to just hear a player say something like:

Yeah, we're a good team a I think we can take these guys. We have one of the best QB's in the league and I don't think their defense can match up with our Offense.

I mean, who cares about billboard material. Why do they HAVE to be so boring?
